Cancellation Policy

Trip Cancellations by Traveler

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to otwtravel8@gmail.com. Cancellation fees vary by trip and supplier. Generally, deposits are forfeited upon cancellation. Cancellations made within 45 days of departure may result in forfeiture of the full trip cost.

Trip Cancellations by Out The Way Travel

In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work to issue refunds or offer alternative travel dates whenever possible.

Supplier Cancellations

Cancellations or changes initiated by a third-party supplier (hotel, airline, tour operator) are subject to that supplier's individual policies.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of an unexpected cancellation.
