Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific trip.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on supplier and travel partner policies. Many travel suppliers do not permit refunds after a certain date or after payment is received.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of cancellation, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Out The Way Travel can provide recommendations for travel insurance providers.

How to Request a Refund

Please submit refund requests in writing to otwtravel8@gmail.com. We will work with applicable suppliers on your behalf, though refund issuance is ultimately at the discretion of those suppliers.
