How do I book a trip?+

Submit a quick inquiry through our Book A Trip page or call us directly at 504-830-8240. After we confirm availability, you'll receive a personalized invoice with a secure payment link to lock in your reservation with a $250 deposit.

Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes. Most of our featured trips can be reserved with a $250 deposit, followed by monthly payment installments leading up to the final payment due date — 45 days prior to departure.

Can I customize my travel package?+

Absolutely. Every itinerary we create is tailored to your interests, travel style, and budget. Whether you want to upgrade your accommodations, add private excursions, or extend your stay, we'll make it happen.

Are deposits refundable?+

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Do you offer group travel?+

Yes — group travel is one of our specialties. From family reunions and bachelorette parties to corporate retreats and friend getaways, we coordinate the logistics and concierge details for groups of any size.

When is final payment due?+

For featured group trips, final payment is due 45 days before departure. Custom trips may have different schedules depending on supplier policies, which will be clearly outlined in your invoice.
