By using the Out The Way Travel website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Travel Booking Services
Out The Way Travel acts as a travel planning and booking service provider. We coordinate with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other vendors. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of those suppliers.
Pricing and Availability
All pricing is subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. Travel availability may change without notice.
Payments
Bookings require a non-refundable deposit (typically $250 unless otherwise stated). Monthly payment plans may be available. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all required identification, passports, visas, and travel documents. Travelers are also responsible for any health and entry requirements at their destination.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every booking.
Limitation of Liability
Out The Way Travel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel services arranged through us.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
